 IndiaOffice4U  was created  to leverage opportunities that arose form the Global Melt down and recession.  With businesses running for cover and CEOs dropping people, infrastructure and accounts like hot potatoes, it became clear that 2009 would be a year where business rules would no longer be the same again. With people desperately looking to lower costs we saw an opportunity where we could take up large chunks of non-core or routine peripheral tasks to support businesses that are under fiscal strain. The result - business for us and cost cutting for them! We could however no longer follow the old BPO and other staid outsourcing models. Governments have stepped in to save their economies, rules have changed, visas for foreign resources are being tightened, made more stringent and also reduced. IT companies are being  financially disincentivised   from outsourcing or offering jobs to outsiders.  Things couldn't be bleaker.

And that is how IndiaOffice4U was born. It leveraged a bevy of  innovative ideas to grab the opportunity.

The Management Team

Chairman and MD

Dr Lavanian Dorai Raj MD is a HL7 certified clinician with 20+ years of domain expertise  in Healthcare Informatics - Strategy, Implementation, Op Management (EHRs, EMRs, PHRs, CPOE, EHealth, HL7, DICOM ) and change management. A certified Level 3 Member of the UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKCHIP), he has carried out assessment of EMRs (from companies like Epic, Eclipsys, Cerner, EClinical Works, HP, IBAHealth(Lorenzo, Monet),etc), Disease Management Apps and Healthcare portals. In his  previous companies he has worked closely with healthcare professionals (Cardiologists and Diabetologists)in order to develop and execute strategies that leverage Information technology to improve safety and efficiency in patient care while meeting professional practice standards.  Utilising best practices and innovative IT tools he has promoted high quality, cost effective patient care through proactive participation by clinicians. A domain expert in Telehealth he has headed Medical Tourism at the Apollo Hospitals as early as in 2004. His  job profile requires him to meet with senior officials in the government and private industry to take ahead sweeping changes in HCIT. Towards this, he uses his excellent communications skills to lobby, demonstrate, 'sell to' and train a wide range of technical and non-technical people at all levels of seniority, during meetings, TCons, seminars and conferences.

Senior Consultant (Pharma and CRO)

Dr. B.K. Santosh Kumar MD, MBA, is the Chairman & Managing Director of Rx Professions Pvt Ltd (www.rxprofessions.org) and is also currently working as consultant Vice-President (Life Sciences) for Siri Technologies of Bangalore , Asian Institute of Clinical Research, NIPER, and IDPL at Hyderabad.
A Medical Doctor with an  MD from I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, he is  also an MBA from South University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. With domain expertise in  Pharma, Diagnostics, CRO and Clinical studies, he has worked on projects related to  Pharma and Clinical Research activities which include Clinical Research Solutions, Developing Protocols for Clinical Trials,  Pharma Benefit Management and ITES services like Pharmacovigilance, CDM, Medical Writing along with Core CRO (Phases I through IV Clinical Trials Monitoring) and Revenue Cycle Management Services.

Dr. S N Sarbadhikari, MBBS, PhD, Founding Chair of Biomedical Informatics, PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research
Peelamedu. Editor-in-Chief, Indian Journal of Medical Informatics. Editorial Board Member (MENPA). An MBBS from Calcutta University in 1989, he has been awarded a PhD, in Biomedical Engineering, on neural network aided analysis of electrophysiological signals in stress and exercise, from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in 1995. The Founding Chair of the Department of Biomedical Informatics at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore, and an avid writer, he has written  “A Short Introduction to Biomedical Engineering” and  “Depression and Dementia: Progress in Brain Research, Clinical Applications and Future Trends” . He was among the professionals who have extended their knowledge and expertise in developing the recommendations of the Subgroup on Telemedicine Standards, Recommendations on Guidelines, Standards and Practices for Telemedicine in India, National Taskforce for Telemedicine in India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, Version 01, July 2006. He has received numerous National and International Awards (including the PSG-FAIMER South Asia Regional Institute Fellowship for 2007-2008). He is presently the Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Medical Informatics and a member of the International Editorial Board of the Elsevier journal Mental Health and Physical Activity and also the Chair of the Education Committee, HL7 India.

Head HR & Admin

Ms Kameshwari L B.Com; Dip (PR) Is a B.Com from Osmania University, with a diploma in Public relations from the Esteemed Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad. The early years saw her working as an executive in Dunlops way back in 1983.The past so many years have seen her  active involvement in the IAF in various PR events involving VIPs and VVIPs which has helped add experience, maturity and sparkle to her sunny and extrovert personality. Many were the times when she has single-handedly conceived and executed various public functions successfully. To quote an occasion, she once, along with her team, hosted the President of India Sri Venkataraman . She attributes her  successes to high pressure retail jobs and business ventures that she has been involved in since then. She last headed GForceTurbo at Hyderabad before joining us to head Admin and HR.
