Founder, CEO and MD

Dr Lavanian Dorai Raj MD is a HL7 certified clinician with 29+ years of domain expertise  in Healthcare Informatics - Strategy, Implementation, Op Management (EHRs, EMRs, PHRs, CPOE, EHealth, HL7, DICOM ) and change management. A certified Level 3 Member of the UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKCHIP), he has carried out assessment of EMRs (from companies like Epic, Eclipsys, Cerner, EClinical Works, HP, IBAHealth(Lorenzo, Monet),etc), Disease Management Apps and Healthcare portals. His work and interaction with HC IT companies from around the world like  IBA, iSoft, Eclipsys, Crimsonlogic, Ohum, C-DAC, Apollo, Axsys, Clinical Solutions, Intersystems, Vital Health, LVM, T-Medical, Mayo, etc (to quote a few) gives HCit Consultant the edge in putting together 'best of breed' solutions for its clients. In his  previous companies he has worked closely with specialist healthcare professionals  in order to develop and execute strategies that leverage Information technology to improve safety and efficiency in patient care while meeting professional practice standards.  Utilising best practices and innovative IT tools, he has promoted high quality, cost effective patient care through proactive participation by clinicians. A domain expert in Telehealth he has headed Telemedicine and Medical Tourism at the Apollo Hospitals as early as in 2004. His  job profile requires him to meet with senior officials in the government and private industry to take ahead sweeping changes in HCIT. A member of National Taskforce for Telemedicine in India for the departments of IT and health and family welfare, Government of India, he is a member of other expert and project review committees in the field of eHealth .  His CV

Senior Consultant (Pharma and CRO)

Dr. B.K. Santosh Kumar MD, MBA, is a Medical Doctor with an  MD from I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, he is  also an MBA from South University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. With domain expertise in  Pharma, Diagnostics, CRO and Clinical studies, he has worked on projects related to  Pharma and Clinical Research activities which include Clinical Research Solutions, Developing Protocols for Clinical Trials,  Pharma Benefit Management and ITES services like Pharmacovigilance, CDM, Medical Writing along with Core CRO (Phases I through IV Clinical Trials Monitoring) and Revenue Cycle Management Services.
 

Senior Consultant US Insurance and US Hospital IT Solutions

Rochelle J. Pleskow A Master of Science in Health Services Administration, Hospital Administration/Epidemiology, from the School of Medicine, State University of New York, Buffalo USA , Rochelle brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in the US, encompassing the clinical, technological and operational facets of medicine, from developing clinical practice protocols to Insurance to  physician profiling report cards. .  Health Care REITs and Ambulatory Surgical Center development  creation of a start-up dot com providing physicians a single place to outsource all of their non-medical functions; revenue cycle management, etc are some of the many activities that have been carried out. Further Rochelleworked with developing clinical practice protocols at a 2,000 physician IPA, negotiating contracts for a national PPM in the ER and Hospitalist arena, developing a 500 Physician IPA with a national hospital system(which included conducting all negotiations and revenue cycle management functions) and directing materials management in the acute care arena.
Rochelle has focused additionally,on medical real estate, claims processing, payer relations, physician practice management, hospital systems, and supply chain logistics . She supports HCit in the US for Insurance and Hospital services.

Senior Consultant (eHealth)

Dr. Suman Bhusan Bhattacharyya is an eHealth consultant with over 23 years of experience. His primary area of expertise is as a business solution architect for healthcare provider applications with particular focus on electronic health records, clinical data warehousing, data mining and dashboards. He has worked for several IT MNCs in the healthcare IT field in the past and currently provides consultancy in all aspects of healthcare IT. He is an MBBS graduate of Medical College Bengal, Calcutta University (1986) with an MBA in International Management from  Belgium (1997). He is currently the national President of the Indian Association for Medical Informatics and also the Honorary Secretary of the Indian Medical Association, Faridabad Branch. A member of National Taskforce for Telemedicine in India he is member of several other expert and project review committees in the field of eHealth for the departments of IT and health and family welfare, Government of India.

Head - Business Development and Risk analysis

Nikhil L a BCom from Osmania university and Post Graduate in Management from the prestigious XLRI, is an Ex Google resource. Previous to joining us he has worked with Google as a Risk Analyst for more than 3 and a half years and was trained at the Google Head quarters at Mountain View, California, USA. He heads two verticals - Business development and Risk Analysis.

Head - HR & Admin

Ms Kameshwari  Is a B.Com from Osmania University, with a diploma in Public relations from the Esteemed Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad. The early years saw her working as an executive in Dunlops way back in 1983.The past so many years have seen her  active involvement in the IAF in various PR events involving VIPs and VVIPs which has helped add experience, maturity and sparkle to her sunny and extrovert personality. Many were the times when she has single-handedly conceived and executed various public functions successfully. To quote an occasion, she once, along with her team, hosted the President of India Sri Venkataraman . She attributes her  successes to high pressure retail jobs and business ventures that she has been involved in since then. She last headed GForceTurbo at Hyderabad before joining us to head Admin and HR.
